Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 10, 2026
Welcome to Zabloo. By accessing or using zabloo.com or app.zabloo.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Zabloo
Zabloo is a browser-native platform that lets users create, share, and play multiplayer worlds — no download required. The platform is currently in early access, meaning features are still being developed and things may change, break, or be removed without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zabloo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
You own the content you create on Zabloo (worlds, scripts, assets, etc.). By publishing content on the platform, you grant Zabloo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content to other users as part of the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. You must not upload or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contains malware, exploits, or malicious code
- Violates the privacy of any person
- Is intentionally designed to damage the experience of other users
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules at our sole discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the platform without prior written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
6. Early Access
Zabloo is in early access. This means:
- Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change at any time
- We may reset, modify, or delete content during this period
- Service availability is not guaranteed — we may go offline for maintenance or updates without notice
- Anything you build during early access may not persist to the full release
We will do our best to preserve your work and notify you of significant changes.
7. Intellectual Property
All code, design, branding, and non-user-generated content on Zabloo is owned by or licensed to Zabloo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
The Zabloo name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use it at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zabloo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including loss of data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at zamo@zabloo.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform grows. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
